How long for my order to ship out?
Orders take between 24-48 hours from time of order placement to dispatch. No orders are shipped on Saturdays or Public Holidays. Once your order has dispatched you will receive an automated email with the tracking information.
When will I get my order?
Once your order has dispatched you will receive an automated email with the tracking information. Please use this to keep up to date with your tracking notifications and expected arrival times. The general shipping time is 7–15 days.
Please note that we utilize third party carriers and they sometimes experience delays due to severe weather and high volumes during peak seasons. We will do our best to communicate this.
What is the cost of shipping?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. You will be emailed and asked to provide a residential address. We are unable to provide expedited or express shipping options.
